Why blueberries are so useful?

There is no secret that blueberries have immeasurable value, however, sometimes you run out of some sort of “motivation.” Here are some arguments that should encourage you to eat blueberries?

1. Blueberries contain a substance that activates blood circulation of eye retina, which improves vision (this is especially important for those with poor vision during hours of darkness).

2. Blueberries have disinfectants properties and they are useful for patients with gastrointestinal diseases and food poisoning.

3. Blueberries are recommended for people suffering from tonsillitis and upper respiratory tract inflammation because of their antiseptic properties.

4. Blueberries regulate blood sugar levels. Diabetics can eat as much of fresh blueberries.

5. They stimulate bile and urine, making it suitable for people with kidney and liver diseases.
