Why should we drink vegetable juice?

Many of us only drink fruit or berry juice. However, we should remember that vegetable juice are not less valuable. Those who constantly drink fresh juice never have problems with nails, hair and skin. Just make sure that juice you drink are squeezed not earlier that 30 minutes ago.

Drink vegetable juice 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating. The main rules is that you can add some water to your juice but not sugar, salt or pepper. Never rush drinking, all vitamins are better absorbed when you drink slowly.

Carrot juice are considered to be the best for your blood. It stimulates formation of red blood cells and increases hemoglobin. It also cleans your liver, kidney and gall bladder. Carrot juice is great for patients having hypertension and atherosclerosis. If you suffer from insomnia, carrot juice can solve this problem too.

Not everybody likes cabbage juice but it is really good for you. Cabbage juice is great is you want to lose weight, it cleanses your body. However, if you have diabetes, you should consult your doctor before drinking cabbage juice. If you don’t like cabbage juice alone, you can mix it with cucumber or carrot juice.

Cucumber juice is rich in mineral salts , it has potassium, calcium, sodium and phosphorus. Cucumber juice prevents atherosclerosis, improves memory, strengthens heart, teeth and gums. Besides, it keeps your skin fresh. In order to increase the effectiveness of cucumber juice, mix it with tomato juice, a drop of garlic juice, some black currant juice, apple or grapefruit juice.

Celery juice is considered to be a source of strength. It improves your appetite, regulates digestion and it’s great for people who have eating disorders, celery juice contains vitamin C and B, as well as potassium, calcium and phosphorus which strengthen the immune system.
