Why should we eat blueberries?

Summer is the time when we can enjoy all kinds of berries including blueberries. Everybody knows that the value of these berries but sometimes we just forget that. So here are some arguments to remind you why it is really worth eating blueberries.

1. Blueberries contain substances that activate blood circulation in your eye retina, which improves vision. This is especially important for those who cannot see well in the dark.

2. Blueberries have disinfectant properties which are great if you have gastrointestinal diseases.

3. Because of its antiseptic properties blueberries are recommended for people who have tonsillitis or upper respiratory tract inflammation.

4. Blueberries regulate sugar level in your blood. It is a great food for diabetics. They can also prepare tea from blueberries leaves.

5. Blueberries stimulate production of bile and urine so they are great for people suffering from kidney and liver diseases.
