Foods that cause skin aging

There are foods that are known to help you to stay young. However, you should also know about products that cause skin aging.

Sugar and trans fats. You can find them in processed, refined foods, like white flour and junk foods. The excess of sugar attaches to one of the collagen process, so your skin loses elasticity and may get very dry. When you lose skin elasticity, you will star noticing deep wrinkles which makes you look old. Trans fats clog arteries and tighten blood vessels, which bring the same results.

Fried foods. Modern food is treated with heat (baked, roasted, fried, etc), so there is a lot of complex processes going on. These products contribute to the breakdown of collagen in the skin, which may cause more wrinkles, so your skin will look old.

Food and drinks, which dehydrates you as well as cause wrinkles:
Coffee (and other caffeine products);
Alcohol;
Sparkling water;
Salt.
When you’re tired, the most common cause of fatigue is dehydration.  A good rule is to drink one -thirtieth of you own weight. Suppose, if you weigh 60 kilograms, divide it by 30 and get 2 liters of water a day. That is about eight cups of water per day.
